Booking ( UPDATED 08/02/2022)

*CARD ON FILE *

We don’t charge a deposit for your appointment, however if you would like to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE ON SAME THE DAY (24HRS)  YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF YOUR BOOKED SERVICE. This is to cover the technicians' time and earning lost. Please understand I work alone and accept only appointments ( no walk-ins ). Last minute cancellations cause loss of time and are impossible to fill the slot.  Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Sorry no exceptions!

* If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, there is no charge. You can cancel and reschedule UPTO TWO TIMES through your confirmation email yourself. If you need to reschedule a THIRD time, your appointment will be canceled and you will need to pay 50% OF YOUR BOOKED SERVICE OR NO LONGER ALLOW TO BOOK . Also please NOTE! Anytime past the 24 Hour minimum - online cancellation and rescheduling links in your confirmation email WILL NOT WORK AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF BOOKED SERVICE. Please contact us immediately (24 hours OR MORE in advance) to avoid this inconvenience.

Cash preferred. Credit or debit card payments add 3% processing fee. Venmo and Zelle are not accepted.

Late Arrivals/No Show

* Please arrive on time with make-up free eyelids and lashes. A 10 minute grace period is given for all appointments.  After 10minutes you will be charged $30 (Late fee).  It is at our discretion whether or not you will have enough time to be serviced.

* Please keep in mind that NO SHOWS or last minute cancellations would leave technicians with empty appointment slot times that could have been utilized by another client. NO SHOWS, LESS THAN 12 HRS NOTICE TO CANCEL / RESCHEDULE OR MORE THAN 15 MINS LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN YOUR APPOINTMENT BEING AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED AND YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF YOUR BOOKED SERVICE

*Clean Eye, Eyelashes, Brows - Please arrive with clean lashes or 15 min early to clean your lashes in the bathroom- there will be no charge. If a client arrives without time to clean- a $15 cleaning fee will be charged as it adds time to the entire appointment.   EXTENSIONS WILL NOT ADHERE TO DIRTY/MAKEUP LASHES- most will fall off the next day.  

*NO CAFFEINE. NO GUM. NO PHONE CALLS. Caffeine causes fluttery eyes and makes lashing not only difficult, but sometimes impossible! Please put your phones on silent as well, you will NOT be able to open your eyes once the service has started and we will not read to you who is calling or messaging you.

Visitor

*Children and pets are not permitted on premises as they may be a safety hazard.

Fill policy

* It is required that you have at least 40% of your lashes in order to be considered a “fill”. If you book a fill and show up with less than that, you will be charged for a new set. This does not mean you get more fill time. If you are missing too many, you will be charged for a partial or full set. This is fully at the lash technicians discretion.

*Not accepting for Foreign fills (received from other lash artist)

Refunds and Returns

We strive to provide client satisfaction. You will have up to 3 days if you are not happy with your lashes. We will be more than happy to perform a corrective touch up. We also will fix any immediate lashes lost up to 3 days from the appointment as the adhesive normally takes 24 hours to completely cure. Sometimes this can happen when the adhesive didn’t properly cure within the 24 hours due to low humidity or high humidity. Please contact us right away and we will be more than happy to fix the problem at no charge. After 3 days please book for 1 week fill due to your day to day maintenance and daily routine. 

* No refunds, returns or exchanges are given for products and services. 

Reactions and Sensitivities

 * A reaction to products used during your lash service, although at very low-risk, are a possibility you should be aware of when getting lash extensions.  Unless known allergies are stated by you, it is unfortunately otherwise not foreseeable.  No refunds will be issued for reactions, however a complimentary lash removal is available for all full sets applied if such circumstance were to occur.  Please be sure to let us know at your earliest convenience if you become aware of any type of reaction. We will do our best to remedy the problem on our end.
